The second meeting of the " Autism Friendly City Initiative " (AFCI) was held at the Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture, Golpark, Kolkata on 09th January, 2026.
Raj Bhattacharjee attended the same on behalf of Kawtha Koi Foundation.
It was a perfect beginning to many New Years to come.
The group reflected great diversity - parents, professionals, educators and an autism self-advocate came together to discuss inclusive spaces, education, and real challenges faced by autistic individuals. The meeting moved beyond ideas to action, with future venues already being planned, marking a strong step towards building a more understanding and inclusive city.
