A loving note from the founding members:
Kawtha Koi (Let’s Talk) is no longer just a dream—it’s finally coming to life, and we couldn’t be more grateful. What started as a quiet idea, whispered over late-night chai and scribbled into the margins of notebooks, is now becoming a real, breathing space for stories, art, laughter, and connection.
This week, we crossed a special milestone—we celebrated our very first Diwali at Kawtha Koi! And oh, what a celebration it was. The walls, still smelling faintly of fresh paint and promise, lit up with colour and joy. There were twinkling lights, bursts of marigold, and hand-drawn rangolis blooming across the floor like poetry in motion. Every corner of the space was touched by love—our kind of love: handcrafted, heartfelt, and full of hope.
There’s something indescribably beautiful about watching a place come alive. Watching blank walls transform with brushstrokes of creativity. Watching people step in for the first time and instantly feel at home. Watching a space fill up not just with sound—but with meaning.
Kawtha Koi is slowly becoming what we always wanted it to be—a warm adda corner, a storytelling circle, a platform for expression, a pause in the chaos. And most importantly, a place where everyone is welcome.
To all those who believed in us, showed up, painted walls with us, brought mithai, danced in the candlelight, or just smiled and said, “This feels good”—thank you. You’ve helped us lay the first bricks of something magical.
We are just getting started—and there’s so much more to come. More stories. More laughter. More people. More heart.
With love and gratitude,
Team Kawtha Koi
